Together

Get fit with friends

Getting healthier is easier when someone notices you turned up. Here's how Unavoidable Health helps you do it together.

Better with
friends.

Add mates with a friend code. Set a weekly team goal. Send a high-five when someone turns up on a wet Tuesday. It's working together, not working against each other.

Boards count effort, never weight. Your body data stays yours unless you choose to share it.

How do I add friends?

Everyone picks a unique nickname. Type a friend's nickname to send a request they can accept, or share your private friend code or invite link to connect instantly. Your email is never shown to anyone.

What do friends see?

Only what you choose. By default, friends see your workouts but not your food, and only your progress percentage rather than your weight. Add a profile photo and choose whether friends see it or keep it to yourself. Photos never appear on the public boards. Change it all any time.

Groups and weekly team goals

Start a group for your gym buddies, family or office and share the code. Everyone works towards one weekly workout goal, and your team streak grows each week you hit it.

Boards that count effort, never weight

The Friends, Groups and Everyone boards are opt-in. Effort points come from workouts, a weekly weigh-in, logging food and encouraging others, and they reset every Monday. Weight, food and body details are never shown.

High-fives, nudges and challenges

Send a high-five when someone turns up, nudge a friend who hasn't trained yet this week, and run challenges for most workouts, most weigh-ins or most days of food logged.

Earn your medals

For turning up, logging, lifting and backing your mates. Weight medals stay private to you: boards never show the number on the scales.
