Why we built it
Getting healthier is hard enough. Doing it on your own is harder.
Getting to the gym, eating better, keeping going when life gets busy. It's tough for everyone, and tougher when nobody's in your corner. Most apps leave you alone with a number. We built Unavoidable Health so your people come with you: a plan you can follow, mates who notice when you turn up, and one road to the goal that you travel together.

What we believe
- Effort over appearance. Medals and boards reward showing up, never your weight or size.
- Private by default. Your data is stored in the UK, never sold, and only shared with people you invite.
- Honest numbers. Sensible calorie targets with safety floors, not crash diets.
- Built with you. We're in open beta and every piece of feedback is read.
