These terms are between you and Unavoidable Health a Unavoidable Studio Ltd Company (company number 17367981). Unavoidable Health is part of the Unavoidable Health a Unavoidable Studio Ltd Company brand. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: support@unavoidable.health.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. One account per person. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Not medical advice

Calorie targets, plans, projections and BMI in Unavoidable Health are general estimates from standard formulas. They aren't medical, dietary or professional fitness advice and they can't account for your individual health. Speak to your GP before starting a new diet or exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. Exercise carries a risk of injury: warm up, use good form and stop if something hurts.

Friends and challenges

Be kind. Don't send abusive, hateful, sexual or harassing messages, or try to get at other people's data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Nutrition entries you add for products may be visible to your friends.

Profile photos

Your profile photo should be of you, and it must be yours to use. No nudity, offensive images, or photos of other people (especially children) without their permission. We may remove photos that break these rules.

Food information

Product nutrition comes partly from Open Food Facts, a free crowd-sourced database, and partly from other users. It may contain mistakes, so check labels for anything important, including allergens.

The service

Unavoidable Health is currently free. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever introduce paid plans we'll tell you clearly first, and you won't be charged without agreeing.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability to you is limited to £100. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring claims in your local courts.
